Absolutely great customer service! Maddalon's gave me the best quality and the best price I could find on a beautiful, custom designed engagement ring. I had a great experience and now they are my go to jewelry store just north of Cranberry, Pennsylvania. Maddalon Jewelers is the place for me and I would highly recommend them to others!

My sister took her engagement ring here to fix a loose diamond. It was returned with no diamond at all. After she pointed out that the the diamond was gone, it was replaced with a diamond which is clearly a different/lesser quality stone (my untrained eye could spot which stone was different without a magnifying glass). If zero stars were an option it would apply here.
