I just called Mussig Florist to discuss the possibility of them filling an order of 4-5 vases for an upcoming wedding rehearsal in the area. Because I would be traveling to PA, I told the man I was speaking with I would not be able to get the vases to him until July 3 and the dinner was July 6. He immediately had a tone in his voice, implying I was totally out of line in asking if this was a possibility, stating I was only giving him 1 day to complete the order with him not knowing the sizes of the vases, etc (never mentioned if the shop would be closed July 3 in addition to July 4 or not but I assume that is what he meant.). While I was in the process of asking if I could ship the vases to him, and share the dimensions of the vases, he hung up on me. I truly hope this is not normal customer service for this florist. I don't live there, therefore, I wouldn't ever have the opportunitly to do business with them again but I will soon have in-laws that live in the area and will definitely share my experience and encourage them to not do business with a company that chooses to treat possible customers with rude manners.
I just placed an order over the phone with a price point and a message to put onto the card- with one LARGE request... I needed the arrangement to be delivered today. The team at Mussig Florist assured they could make the delivery and only ONE HOUR later we received a text picture from our client. It was BEAUTIFUL and they were so pleased!
