Excellent patient care! Everyone from the front office staff to Dr John Avolio are very courteous and compassionate. They took my physical disability into consideration and were very accommodating, understanding & PATIENT with me! I was very pleased with the dental work I received and will be continuing as a patient here for further dental care and treatment. Cash price plans for non insured patients are also worth coming in for. Trust me..I checked around!!
MONEY HUNGRY DONT GO HERE !!!! Needed two root canals and two crowns . Did the root canals and gave me temporary fillings for my root canals . Obviously the crowns are very expensive . Went in 4 times after to get some other work done that was minor and I complained about my crowns because I have yet to get them and they just added more temporary fillings to it I go to check out after that appointment and they maxed out my insurance and Said I couldn't get my crowns unless I paid for them myself!!! . My sister went there as well . They told her she had two cavities that were internal or something and needed two root canals but she never returned because of my experience .she went to another dentist a FEW MONTHS later and he said there was no sign of any cavities . Caputo is joke do not go there !
Dr. Avolio and his dental assistant Jamie are extremely kind. I've had a lot of issues with one of my teeth and they've been very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
The very next time I called to make my 14 year old daughter an appointment ....I told them she was having tooth pain....the receptionist on duty at the time says she has to check with the office mgr. Because we had missed our December cleaning.... But they were happy to take my money the 6 visits it took me to be diagnosed correctly and have my crown put on successfully.... apparently all the MULTIPLE visits it took to accomplish that were fine....but 1 missed visit on my part over the course of years is a major problem....ugh.
Overall this practice is not one I would recommend to anyone.....there are many other local practices that treat their patients with dignity and respect....and appreciate that they chose them over someone else. There is certainly not that attitude in this office.
If there was ever a person who should NOT be working with the public ....let alone in customer service it's her. She has a terrible attitude and zero people skills.
I was told I needed a root canal for tooth pain, asked for a second opinion....finally, saw Dr Caputo ....for the first timers after both myself and my. Daughter going to the practice for routine check ups. Well....it turns out I was right to ask for someone else to look at it...I needed a crown...not a root canal.
When I expressed that I was really disappointed in their unwillingness to make my daughter an appointment ....the girl said she would have to ask "Angel" because she didn't want to lose her job. What kind of practice would fire you for taking care of a patient in pain??
I would not recommend this practice for a few different reasons.... starting with their receptionist/ office mgr*. Angel.
I would never be able to go anywhere else. For the first time in my life I'm not petrified of the dentist office. Excellent chairside manners and kindest staff!! Thank you for all you do! I would never recommend anyone else!
The temporary cap the techs put on came off repeatedly while I waited for the permanent crown to be made....omg...it was awful.
Moving on to my experience with the staff and the dentist's....I have never even seen Dr Caputo in the office....ever. The Dentist's I did see were right out of dental school.
