Recently purchased a certified pre-owned F350 from this Justin at this dealership. The whole process was very easy and communication was great (I came from out of state to buy). They had all the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived to pick up the truck. The interior of the truck was a little dirty, but not a deal breaker at all. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
Everyone from the service manger, Frank Smith, to the salesman, Justin, to the General Manger, Carlos, were exceptional. There would be no other place that I would buy a car after that experience. They were so helpful.
I purchased a F-150 through their end of model year promotion. I contacted the dealer via their website prior to arriving about a specific vehicle on the lot. Justin Uram got in touch with me in short order and we scheduled a date and time for a test drive. Justin was waiting when we arrived and had the truck inside the building on a cold and wet day so my wife and I could take a look at it without getting soaked. We purchased it the same day - everything went well and we feel good about the deal that we received. It was a low pressure sale, which I appreciate. Everyone we dealt with from Carlos (general manager) to Kevin (finance) was pleasant to deal with. The truck did have a small dent in it, which Baierl took care of. Their facilities are new and very clean. I would definitely recommend Justin and Baierl to friends and family.
